Proper preventive maintenance is essential to insure peak elevator performance and safety. A service industry, especially the vertical transportation industry that moves people, requires that a proven system of preventative maintenance be used. However, your only assurance of proper implementation of any Maintenance Agreement is the integrity of the people involved.
Stratos employs highly trained technicians. Our technicians are radio dispatched for immediate response should any problems arise with your elevator equipment. Our technicians perform systematic maintenance examinations and utilize Stratos check charts for accurate documentation of examinations. Our technicians can be dispatched 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Stratos has a computerized inventory of spare parts available for use, as needed, in our warehouse. Frequently used parts will be stocked on the job site. Stratos Elevator has established accounts with all major part suppliers nationwide and can overnight any special part should a need arise.
Stratos offers two types of service agreements:
Full Maintenance Agreement
Stratos Elevator will regularly examine, maintain, adjust, lubricate and repair or replace virtually all the equipment components of the elevator system. This Maintenance Agreement allows comprehensive coverage for a fixed monthly price for ease in determining building facility budgets.
This Agreement can include 24 hours a day , 7 days a week emergency call back service pricing.
Preventative Maintenance and Lubrication Agreement
Stratos Elevator will make periodic examinations to the equipment and furnish the necessary lubricating oils and greases for the equipment components of the elevator system. Should our examination uncover items which require replacement or repair, we will prepare a separate quotation for authorization prior to any work being performed.
